Compensation:

$150,000 - $250,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage personal injury cases from initial consultation to trial, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, medical experts, and trial consultants to build strong, evidence-based cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client representation.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable resolutions.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting cases with clarity and confidence to judges and juries.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Ability to lead client consultations with empathy, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
