We are looking for an Entry Level Business Analyst who is interested in understanding business needs and helping teams build better solutions. In this role, you will work closely with different teams to gather information, understand requirements, and support the development of systems or processes that improve business operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, learning new things, and working with both business and technical teams.Responsibilities

•         Work with team members to understand business needs and project requirements.

•         Gather and organize information related to business processes and system improvements.

•         Prepare basic documents such as requirement notes, reports, or process descriptions.

•         Communicate with developers, testers, and other team members to make sure requirements are clearly understood.

•         Assist in reviewing the system or application to check if it meets the business requirements.

•         Help identify areas where processes can be improved.

Qualifications

•         Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

•         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

•         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•         Ability to understand problems and think about possible solutions.

•         Basic knowledge of business processes and documentation.

•         Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

•         Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

•         Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
