McPherson Law Firm PLLC is seeking an Entry-Level Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in the Law Practice/Law Firms industry. This is a full-time remote position based in Dallas. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. If you are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials, resources, and programs
  • Deliver training sessions through various channels, such as virtual classrooms or self-paced modules
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements:
