  • Test materials including soil, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and reinforcing steel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Cast and label concrete, grout, and masonry field samples for laboratory strength testing.
  • Document daily field activities and observations in digital reports using a company-provided tablet or laptop.
  • Pick up and deliver construction material samples to the laboratory and assist with equipment logistics.
  • Communicate clearly with contractors, clients, and Kleinfelder team members.
  • Support and actively participate in Kleinfelder's safety culture and Loss Prevention System (LPS) programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites.
  • Basic familiarity with technology, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.

Certifications to be obtained within the first 6 months (paid by Kleinfelder):
  • ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Grade I
