Job description

The Office Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations by managing scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, facilitating efficient document.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for team members
  • Organize and maintain document and record management systems
  • Serve as the primary point of communication within the office
  • Handle reception duties and greet visitors professionally
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure timely distribution of materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Effective communication and time management abilities
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Accurate data entry capabilities
