Job description

The Certified Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant provides essential clinical and administrative support to healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient office operations. This role involves monitoring patient vital signs, assisting with medication, managing medical documentation, and facilitating smooth patient flow through transportation and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record patient vital signs
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Provide clinical support during examinations and procedures
  • Transport patients safely within healthcare facilities
  • Assist patients with medication administration under supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare support roles
  • Certification as Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Proficiency in patient care and vital signs monitoring
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and infection control standards
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
