Job SummaryEnvironmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Support Specialist to support various facets of environmental training, including cleanup, compliance and conservation in a fast-paced work environment at Fort Sam Houston, TX.Essential FunctionsBeing physically present at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas (this is not a work from home position)Manage high volume of training events for classroom and remote learningCoordinate training locations, class rosters, registrations, schedules and logisticsFacilitate remote learning - setup and support distance learning classesProvide technical assistance to participants and training instructorsHave a working knowledge of audio and visual (Classroom Mic system and Camcorder) equipment utilized for hybrid classesCoordinate group hotel accommodations, bus scheduling transportation to classes and base access requestsBudget tracking with emphasis on training and travel voucher reconciliationsOther duties as assigned by leadership.QualificationsMust be very organizedExperience with Microsoft Office products, specifically SharePoint, MS Teams and Excel (creating pick lists, using flash fill, auto filling data and pivot tables)Familiarity with MS Teams and ZoomStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/courses simultaneouslyWork well independently and with othersComfortable speaking to groupsHigh degree of customer service skillsAudio/visual technical ability, setup instructor computers, multi-media equipment and provide continued supportAbility to be a self-starter and show initiativeHigh school diploma or General Educational Development credentialStrong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with database management and environmental trainingBachelor's degreeFirst Aid/CPR certification.Why ERG?ERG: We enhance missions.
