Job description

Position Overview:


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and routing opportunities to the sales team while maintaining accurate CRM data. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the SDR plays a critical role in fueling revenue and supporting sales execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation & Qualification
  2. โ€ข Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  3. โ€ข Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  4. โ€ข Maintain accurate, up-to-date opportunity and activity records in Salesforce.
  5. Outreach Execution
  6. โ€ข Execute structured call, email, and social outreach sequences.
  7. โ€ข Follow defined messaging and cadence standards to drive consistent activity.
  8. Pipeline Support
  9. โ€ข Ensure clean handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  10. โ€ข Support opportunity progression by confirming buying interest, timing, and next steps.
  11. Performance Reporting
  12. โ€ข Track personal activity and results against targets.
  13. โ€ข Use performance data to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
  14. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment & Travel:


This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing you to work remotely while also being present at our calibration lab in Richardson, TX. Minimal travel required (up to 10%) for training or client visits.
