What You’ll Do

  • Understand and apply all HR policies and company guidelines consistently
  • Manage recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities that strengthen culture and morale
  • Lead company culture and training initiatives
  • Manage leave of absence cases
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports in our HRIS system.
  • Communicate and provide guidance to management and employees as needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2-5 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent problem-solving ability.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.
  • A family-owned company that truly values their employees, excellence, integrity, and community.
  • The chance to make a real impact in a growing organization.
