Responsibilities:

1. Follow up with provided leads and build genuine relationships with buyers and sellers.
2. Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting unique features and benefits.
3. Utilize scripts and frameworks for buyer and seller consultations, managing client interactions through our CRM system.
4. Host open houses and show homes.
5. Collaborate with our transaction team to ensure accurate and efficient paperwork completion.
6. Possess local knowledge to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods.
7. Meet with clients to understand their home wishlist and fulfill their needs.
8. Supervise the closing process for a seamless transaction experience.
9. Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to expand sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
2. Effective communication skills (oral and written).
3. Self-motivation and drive.
4. Organized and manages time effectively.
5. Technology-driven.

Compensation:

$120,000+ yearly
