Job description

Life Protect 24/7 serves as a lifeline for our customers. Currently we’re expanding our Clearwater team and seeking motivated Med Alert Fronters to generate qualified transfers for our Medical Alert sales team. No prior experience needed- we provide training.


How do you do that?


As a Med Alert Fronter, you are the first point of contact. You will handle inbound calls, follow a simple script, and gather basic qualifying information before transferring interested callers to a Medical Alert Sales Closer. You are not responsible for closing sales or collecting payment.This is a great entry-level opportunity with clear growth paths into higher-paying sales roles based on performance.

  • Answer inbound calls from interested customers
  • Follow a simple script to gather qualifying information
  • Build quick rapport and maintain a positive tone
  • Transfer qualified callers to Medical Alert Sales Closers
  • Maintain required call volume and transfer goals
  • Represent the company with professionalism and energy

What you offer:


  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Clear verbal communication skills

  • Ability to read a script naturally and build quick rapport

  • Ability to multitask(example: typing and navigating multiple screens while on calls)

  • Prioritize and manage time

  • Reliable transportation to work on-site in Clearwater, FL

  • Fluent in English

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

  • Previous experience as a Fronter, Opener, Customer Service or Call Center work is preferred but not required.

  • Positive attitude and coachability

  • Motivation, and desire to achieve.


Pay: $16/hr base pay | Make up to $20/hr by meeting goals. Annual range $33K-$40K.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedules Available:

  • Monday-Friday- 8:00 AM - 5:00PM (Saturday optional)
