Job Title: Program Analyst IV/ (Entry-Level) Walter Reed National Military Medical Center

Location: Walter Reed/WRNMMC - Bethesda, MD

Contract: Walter Reed National Military Medical Center

Period of Performance: Full-time position

Start Date: Open

Salary: $25.08 per hour

Additional: (Additional $5.08 per hour goes towards health & welfare benefits/ in-kind)

Note: This position is on-site, no telework available

Clearance Requirement: Must be able to pass a NACI background check/ still checking for background clearance requirements.

Preference: Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience

of management principles, organizational theory, and techniques of statistical analysis

and evaluation, along with knowledge of standardized administrative practices and

procedures with an Associate Degree or higher.

Job Description/ Program Analyst IV (Entry-Level):

Program Analyst IV:

The candidate shall provide analytical support, program evaluation, management analysis, and direct assistance to the Directorate for Resource Management, Cost Analysis and Program Evaluation Department, as well as the Walter Reed Leadership and staff of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience

of management principles, organizational theory, and techniques of statistical analysis

and evaluation, along with knowledge of standardized administrative practices and

procedures with an Associate Degree or higher.

  • Extensive knowledge and familiarity with various Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access; in addition, must have the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • CRITICAL THINKING, analytical skills/experience. ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND INITIATIVE.
  • Customer service experience: exceptional communication skills, as well as the ability to display tact and diplomacy while dealing with others.
  • Experience in organizing and maintaining files (exceptional organization skills required).
  • Communication and presentation skills (training and presenting to over 100 personnel).
  • Ability to learn DMHRSi, the Expense Assignment System (EAS), workload reporting, CHCS, and financial data.
  • Ability to learn and conduct data quality checks.
  • Basic knowledge of MEPRS and DMHRSi, CHCS, STARS-FL, GFEBS.
  • ABLS certification is not required.
