Drilling & Heavy Equipment Crew Members (Entry-Level + Experienced)

Lako Drilling, Inc. – Arthur, ND

Lako Drilling, Inc. is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Drilling & Heavy Equipment Crew Members. We’re looking for both experienced equipment operators and entry-level laborers who want to build a long-term career in the drilling industry.

If you enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and want to learn valuable skills operating heavy equipment, we provide training and opportunities to grow.


What You’ll Do
  • Assist with and perform water well drilling operations
  • Operate or learn to operate equipment such as:
    • Drill rigs
    • Horizontal boring machines
    • Excavators
    • Skid steers
    • Trenchers
  • Support crew members on active job sites
  • Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)
  • Team-oriented attitude

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL or ability to obtain a CDL
