Are you ready to get outside, work up a sweat, and greatly contribute to high-quality plumbing excavation projects? Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated person to become our new full-time Crew Helper - Excavator.
This entry-level labor position makes $41,600 - $47,840/year and can earn overtime pay. We also offer terrific benefits and perks, including:

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
To become our entry-level Crew Helper - Excavator, you need to be able to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (with some flexibility depending on the job) and meet these criteria:
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to closely follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Comfort with working in trenches, confined spaces, and around heavy machinery
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends
  • Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CREW HELPER - EXCAVATOR?
You support field teams with crucial excavation projects by performing various labor tasks and helping keep everyone safe. Every day brings something different as you help set up job sites, prepare safety barriers, dig trenches, and uncover underground utilities and sewer lines. You follow directions, load materials, and use various tools and equipment to get the job done right. Attentively, you also help spot machinery operators and clean debris to maintain a safe working environment.
