Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about event planning and coordination to launch their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities.

Responsibilities:

        • Assist in coordinating all event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setups.
        • Support the planning and execution of various events from initial concept through completion.
        • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.
        • Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations, agendas, and signage.
        • Monitor event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities run smoothly and on time.

    Qualifications:

          • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
