Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in event planning and management. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the coordination and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community festivals.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and organizing various types of events from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Support the event team in managing event logistics including setup and breakdown.
  • Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional items.
