Job description

Be Part Of A Dynamic Team

Join a global industrial technology organization expanding the use of connected equipment, fleet-health analytics, and digital monitoring solutions across international customers. This team supports customers by interpreting equipment alerts, identifying emerging fleet issues, and translating technical information into meaningful operational recommendations.

As the global customer base continues to expand, this position will help strengthen the connection between technical fleet intelligence and Customer Success. The role combines engine and equipment knowledge, analytical problem-solving, customer communication, and operational coordination to help customers gain measurable value from digital monitoring solutions.

What's In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099).
  • 100% remote role supporting customers and internal teams globally.
  • Long-term contract expected to continue through December 2028, with potential extension.
  • Opportunity to combine technical engine knowledge with analytics and direct customer interaction.
  • Exposure to global industrial customers and connected-equipment technology.
  • No travel required.
  • Flexibility will be important because global customer meetings may occasionally occur early in the morning or later in the evening.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Review and triage equipment and engine alerts, diagnostic information, fault codes, and fleet-health data.
  • Use practical engine-system knowledge to understand relationships between alerts, operating conditions, and potential equipment issues.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, recurring problems, high-risk equipment, and priority customer actions.
  • Reduce complex fleet information into concise priority summaries highlighting the most important issues and recommended follow-up.
  • Build customer-ready dashboards, reports, fleet reviews, KPI summaries, and presentations.
  • Help customers understand fleet performance and realize greater value from digital monitoring solutions.
  • Support onboarding of new customers, sites, and users while maintaining operating documentation and process guides.
  • Track customer adoption, engagement, action items, and operational follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, technical support, Product, Engineering, and regional teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Do you bring proven success in engine diagnostics, analytics, and customer-facing support?

  • Approximately 5+ years of technical experience involving engines, equipment, field service, diagnostics, or a closely related industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge of engine systems and subsystems and how they interact during troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Ability to interpret equipment alerts, fault codes, operating data, and technical trends without requiring extensive foundational engine training.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English, including the ability to participate confidently in customer meetings.
  • Strong data-analysis capability with experience turning raw data into trends, priorities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, presentations, or operational summaries using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to interact effectively across different regions, cultures, and customer personalities.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear business and operational recommendations.
  • Industrial, mining, heavy-equipment, power-generation, transportation, automotive, or similar equipment-focused experience is strongly preferred.
  • Power BI dashboard development is highly valuable.
  • SQL, Databricks, or comparable data-querying experience is beneficial but not required.
