Job description

A property management firm in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a new Facilities Master Data Specialist to manage technical asset data and oversee critical spare parts inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular cycle counts and physical audits of spare parts inventory.
  • Maintaining part records in Odoo with updated serial numbers and manufacturer data.
  • Managing "Min/Max" reorder points to prevent stock-outs.
  • Reconciling physical stock variances with system records.
  • Ensuring logged inventory for automated replenishment
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma / GED and some university or college training
  • Experience in Data Entry, transcription, or Quality Control
  • Experience with CMMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of at least one CMMS (e.g., RAM, Archibus, SAP)
