Job Summary:
ETAP Software empowers customers to make informed decisions throughout the life cycle of their projects with innovative software solutions for electrical systems. The Software Engineer will develop and maintain electrical systems applications that deliver interactive visualization capabilities and support real-time data acquisition and analysis.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain 3D visualization applications for electrical power systems
โ€ข Extend and customize application frameworks and libraries to support visualization and simulation workflows
โ€ข Collaborate with real-time software engineers to support and maintain web-based applications
โ€ข Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for web and cloud-based applications
โ€ข Install, configure, and manage required databases (e.g., NoSQL and relational databases)
โ€ข Ensure all systems comply with cybersecurity and data protection requirements
