Adapting to fast-paced environments and understanding technical specifications can take time. To overcome these challenges, new employees should actively seek training opportunities, ask questions, and familiarize themselves with standard printing workflows and maintenance procedures. Working closely with experienced team members and following established quality control processes can also help build confidence and proficiency in the role.
