Entry Level Civil EngineerAbout the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Civil Engineer who is eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to impactful site design and land development projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, project managers, and drafters to turn concepts into buildable solutions. You’ll gain increasing autonomy as you develop your expertise, taking ownership of design elements and contributing meaningfully to project success.


What You’ll Do
  • Design key components of civil engineering projects, gradually taking on greater ownership and responsibility.
  • Perform engineering calculations using standard methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Develop grading, drainage, and site design solutions for land development projects.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create and refine design plans and models.
  • Partner with drafters to ensure designs are translated into accurate, high-quality construction drawings.
  • Research technical requirements and contribute to clear, well-organized reports and recommendations.
  • Assist project managers with task budgeting, helping estimate time, resources, and project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols.
  • Continuously expand your technical capabilities and contribute more broadly to project delivery over time.
  • Support additional project and team initiatives as needed.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience or academic focus in site design and land development.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and working knowledge of Civil 3D.
  • Understanding of:
    • Stormwater management and drainage design
    • Site grading and land development principles
  • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification.
