Job description

Are you mechanically inclined and passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other powersports vehicles? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Powersports Technician to join our service team and grow with us. This is a great opportunity to start a hands-on career in the powersports industry—no prior dealership experience required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles

  • Uncrate and assemble new units according to manufacturer specifications

  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new machines

  • Install accessories and aftermarket parts (winches, lights, racks, windshields, etc.)

  • Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues under the guidance of experienced technicians

  • Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe

  • Accurately complete work orders and service documentation

  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and shop safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in powersports and mechanical work

  • Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience (school, hobby, or previous work)

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Good work ethic and attention to detail
