As a Logistics Coordinator you will:   * Handle customer shipment files from booking until closing * Connect with a variety of national and overseas vendors (customs, transport/shipping companies, airlines, etc.) to arrange shipments of customers’ goods * Arrange, organize, and file all transportation documentation (customs & import/export documents, bills of lading, customer invoices, etc.) in coordination with customs brokers and other transportation agents   * Coordinate and communicate with clients and vendors to ensure shipments are on schedule * Update clients and provide regular reports about shipment status * Address customer calls and inquiries via phone and email * Invoice clients upon shipment execution   This is an exciting opportunity to connect with people worldwide, while learning the ins-and-outs of the transportation and logistics industry.
