What this means is, instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force; they outsource to us and actually hire us to do it for them. They provide the different promotions and services and we are responsible for representing them in local markets.

Things have never been better at Lamont & Scott Marketing, and we are adding a Entry Level Sales Team Leaders to our fast growing and successful Sales Team.

  • Are you a Sales Team Leader looking for a company committed to providing their clients with top notch marketing campaigns that highlight customer service?

Whether you are an experienced sales professional, or someone interested in getting their foot through the door of a rapidly growing company, we'd love to talk to you!

This is an entry-level position with merit based promotions. Paid training is provided!

A day in the life of the Sales Team Lead includes:

  • Ensure the team is focused and executes sales campaigns in a compliant manner
  • Support, train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Strategic Account Management
  • One to one sales based interaction with customers
  • Assist the team in creating over turns and sales pitches
  • Lead team by example
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Willingness to work in team of professionals, but can work independently as well
  • 2 year degree is preferred, but NOT required
  • Passion for business development and leadership
  • Willingness to travel (optional)
