Entry- Level Recruiter
CommonSail Investment Group | Brighton, MI

Schedule: MondayFriday | 4 days on-site + 1 work-from-home day

Position Summary:
The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned positions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in Talent Acquisition and looking to build a strong foundation. In this role, youll focus heavily on coordinating interviews, supporting candidate communication, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. Youll partner closely with hiring leaders while learning the full lifecycle recruiting process.

What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and a great overall experience
  • Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms
  • Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed
  • Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
  • Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly
  • Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes
