What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with memberships, program registrations, and account transactions.
  • Provide facility tours and help prospective members find the programs that best fit their goals.

  • Answer phones, respond to questions, and provide accurate information.

  • Support financial assistance applications while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Help keep the Welcome Center clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
