Position Overview:
Located on-site in Foothill Ranch, CA, this entry-level role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment with flexible shift options. As a Manufacturing Quality Auditor, you will perform product inspections, document findings, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. This position is perfect for individuals seeking hands-on experience and career growth within the manufacturing industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of products on the assembly line, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and procedures.

  • Accurately record inspection results using data entry systems, maintaining precise and thorough documentation.

  • Identify, label, and segregate non-conforming or defective products for further review.

  • Communicate recurring quality issues to supervisors and quality engineers to facilitate resolution.

  • Support daily production operations by following instructions from Quality and Production leadership.

  • Assist with line start-up, set-up, and other production-related tasks.

  • Rotate through different workstations, assisting with quality checks, assembly, and support activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or quality roles.

  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing.
