Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring gift cards are properly placed and organized on cardboard racks before being prepared for shipment to Walmart stores. This is an entry-level opportunity with no previous warehouse experience required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and properly place gift cards on designated cardboard racks.
  • Ensure products are organized, positioned correctly, and ready for shipment.
  • Move throughout the warehouse to complete assigned tasks and verify product placement.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, work procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform basic counting, measurements, and calculations as needed.
  • Use basic computer functions to complete assigned tasks or record information.
  • Communicate any product, placement, or quality concerns to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.  
Qualifications & Skills
  • No previous experience required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to write, perform basic calculations, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to reason, analyze, and make decisions.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to read small print and reach above shoulder level.
  • Ability to lift and handle light materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Dependable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
