Job description

Northern Cabinet Door manufactures high-quality cabinet components for custom cabinet shops throughout the region. We are hiring dependable, hands-on individuals to join our production team in an entry-level shop labor role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing or woodworking.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the production and assembly of cabinet components
  • Handle, measure, and prepare materials for fabrication
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment (tape measure accuracy required)
  • Support experienced team members in daily shop operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What we are looking for:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Basic ability to read measurements accurately
  • Prior manufacturing, construction, or shop experience is helpful but not required
