Tague Lumber is seeking a skilled Production Woodworker to join our Custom Millwork team in Phoenixville, PA. This role is responsible for setting up and operating woodworking machinery to produce high-quality molding and millwork products. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with woodworking experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and working as part of a team committed to quality and safety.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up and operate wood moulding machines using provided samples or drawingsย 
  • Adjust tooling and machine settings to achieve accurate profiles and dimensionsย 
  • Operate and maintain equipment including:ย 
    • Moulding machineย 
    • Table sawย 
    • Straight-line rip sawย 
    • Jointerย 
    • Planerย 
    • Edge banderย 
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to align, load, and process materialsย 
  • Monitor production and maintain daily reports of materials producedย 
  • Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specificationsย 
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvementsย 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work areaย 
  • Follow all company policies and proceduresย 
  • Comply with all safety rules, training, and PPE requirementsย 
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working with team members and supervisorsย 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Millwork Division Manager

Working Conditions

This position is based in a mill shop environment and involves frequent standing, lifting, bending, and operating machinery. Employees may be exposed to wood dust, noise, and moving equipment. Proper PPE must be worn at all times.
