  • Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $20/hr
    + tips.

What You Will Do:
  • Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.

Experience:
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial window and exterior service cleaning (window, pressure washing, gutters, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience installing Holiday lights on residential and commercial properties.
  • Familiarity with operating scissor lifts is a plus: training will be provided for those without experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize task effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team with residential and commercial customers.
