Commercial Sales Associate Field Sales
Location: Eastside (Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Kirkland, Bothell, Sammamish, Snoqualmie)
Hours: 20-25 hours/week (flexible weekday daytime schedule)
About the Role
We are a locally owned window cleaning company focused on building long-term relationships with commercial clients throughout the Eastside.
This is a field-based sales role responsible for developing new business by connecting with local companies and introducing our recurring maintenance services.
You'll spend most of your time out in the community, meeting business owners and managers, generating quotes, and building a pipeline of new accounts.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect local businesses in assigned areas (retail, office, and commercial properties)
  • Introduce our services and speak with decision-makers (owners/managers)
  • Generate and deliver service quotes (often same-day)
  • Follow up on leads via phone, text, and email
  • Track activity, quotes, and results in a simple system
  • Build density within target areas to support efficient routing
  • Coordinate with our operations team to onboard new clients
