General Labor / Plant Utility (Entry-Level) - Weyerhaeuser, WI
Starting at $22/hr + Growth Opportunities | $2,500 Bonus

Pay & Perks
  • $22/hour starting pay with advancement opportunities
  • $3/hour night shift differential (when applicable)

Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday (12 hour shifts)
What You'll Do
  • Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts
  • Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Perform routine plant inspections and report issues
  • Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas
  • Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials
  • Pull product samples and support quality control standards
