Seats Incorporated is hiring full-time Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. If you're looking for an entry-level manufacturing or general labor position with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you.
Pay: $20.15-$21.15 per hour (based on shift)

Shift Options
First Shift
  • Monday-Thursday
  • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • $20.15/hour
  • Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays

Weekend Shift
  • Friday-Sunday
  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Do
  • Assemble products using power tools, fasteners, adhesives, and other materials
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Rotate between workstations based on production needs
  • Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards
  • Package completed products and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC).
  • Ability to stand 10-12 hours)and lift up to 25-50 lbs
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Reliable attendance
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
