Job Overview

This company is seeking an entry-level Website Content Coordinator to support the upkeep and maintenance of both internal and external websites. This role is ideal for someone with foundational web/content management experience who is looking to grow their career in digital content and web operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine website updates across internal and external platforms
  • Maintain and organize digital content and files
  • Ensure all customer-facing and employee-facing content is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with content publishing using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Support website quality checks and consistency across pages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update and manage content

Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level experience in web content management or related field
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Basic experience with platforms such as Sitecore and/or SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience updating websites in a professional or academic setting
  • Basic understanding of web content best practices
  • Strong written communication skills
