We are seeking an entry-level Ticketing & Digital Media Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of both the Ticketing Insights and Digital Media departments. The person in this role will assist in providing sales reporting, analysis, and programming recommendations for dynamic pricing and inventory management services. Additionally, this person will work in collaboration with the Digital Media department support the campaign management across display, paid search, and paid social. By working in tandem with both departments, this person will identify trends across both ticketing and digital data to assist in recommending and implementing comprehensive media strategies across client productions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):
• Analyze ticketing data, sales data, and industry trends to assist in making strategic pricing and media recommendations.
• Create, manage and distribute regular reporting presented to clients by compiling data in Excel from multiple sources.
• Assist with ticket programming to support all aspects of inventory management including dynamic pricing, special promotions, group sales, and more.
• Identify trends within digital media and website reporting that correlate with ticket sales trends.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics accounts, placing pixels, creating views, annotating events, and ensuring everything is being tracked correctly.
• Analyze and report on results via Google Analytics and ultimately also platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Campaign Manager. Create Google Data Studio templates and reports for clients.
• Create media insertion orders and traffic banners to various website vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Be flexible and receptive to changing priorities.
• Must be a detailed-oriented quick learner with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or relevant field a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Proficiency with numbers and math required.
• Experience with reporting tools or ticketing software a plus.
• Proactive personality with the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
