JYP America is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, and content production for its next global group. This role will partner closely with the Creative Team Lead and internal and external collaborators to support the development and execution of visual concepts, creative presentations, photoshoots, video content, fittings, campaigns, and other artist-related creative initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with exceptional organization and production discipline, and is comfortable contributing across both creative development and hands‑on project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Creative Team Lead across visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations
  • Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
  • Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
  • Assist in the development and execution of artist visual identity, branding, campaigns, photoshoots, video content, and promotional assets
  • Coordinate communication, schedules, and deliverables between internal teams, artists, vendors, stylists, glam teams, photographers, directors, and production partners
  • Provide day-to-day production support for shoots, fittings, rehearsals, events, and other creative projects
  • Manage project logistics, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, expense tracking, transportation, equipment rentals, shipping, and vendor coordination
  • Support wardrobe and styling operations, including sourcing, purchasing, returns, sample trafficking, inventory organization, packing, steaming, and on-set preparation
  • Prepare and maintain call sheets, production schedules, contact sheets, project trackers, and other production documentation
  • Maintain organized creative assets, presentations, receipts, production materials, and digital project files
  • Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that materials, wardrobe, equipment, and creative references are prepared and accounted for
  • Support additional creative and production-related initiatives as needed in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Required
  • Entry-level candidates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in creative production, visual creative, fashion, branding, content production, entertainment, media, or a related field are encouraged to apply
  • Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects
  • Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture
  • Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, schedules, vendors, and deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams
