  • Specific responsibilities include: Strategic Communications Planning, Internal Communications, Executive Communications, and Stakeholder Engagement, Communications Product Development and Content Management, Program and Project Management Support, Team Collaboration and Practice Development.
Requirements
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, communications consulting, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs or healthcare organizations
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience translating complex technical or policy information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate communications.
  • Experience developing communications products such as executive communications, newsletters, digital content, web content, articles, presentations, fact sheets, toolkits, and briefing materials.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, organizational change, transformation initiatives, or large-scale program implementations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship restrictions apply
  • Currently reside in the contiguous United States
