Canvassers Wanted!
Shawmut Services is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of canvasser in Colorado to participate in a large signature collection program. As a signature collector, you will travel to high traffic areas to collect signatures from registered voters. This is an in-person position with a minimum requirement of working three six-hour shifts per week.
  • Entry-level position, no experience necessary
  • Canvassers earn $20/hr + $1 per VALID Signature
  • Canvasser can earn over $1400+ Per Week!
  • Weekly pay every Friday!
  • Extensive paid training provided
  • $5 gas stipend per shift provided for drivers

Collectors will be working throughout the Fort Collins, Denver and Colorado Springs areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must be friendly and enjoy talking to people-success in the role relies on the ability to approach voters and start a conversation
  • Must have the physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods (up to 6 hours per day) while meeting and talking to people
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared and provided by Shawmut Services

Requirements
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Applicants must be U.S. Citizens Citizens to collect signatures in Colorado, per Secretary of State
  • Applicants must have access to reliable transportation

Compensation
This is an hourly position with an hourly rate of $20 per hour plus $1 override per VALID signature. Canvassers are eligible to work up to 40 hours per week, and must work at least three (3) six-hour shifts per week. Average canvassers are able to make $160 per day or more.
