We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Brookshire, TX. The ideal candidate has proven experience operating reach trucks in a high-volume warehouse environment and is dependable. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who can hit the ground running.

• Safely operate a reach truck (electric stand-up reach forklift) to move, stack, and retrieve pallets at height
• Pick and place pallets in racking systems accurately and efficiently
• Transport products throughout the warehouse in compliance with safety standards
• Conduct pre-shift inspection of equipment and report any mechanical issues
• Work closely with receiving, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain product integrity during transport — no damage to goods or racking
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company warehouse policies
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members in English and/or Spanish

• Minimum 1–2 years of verified reach truck operating experience (THIS IS A REACH TRUCK ROLE — not sit-down forklift)
• Must have operated an electric stand-up reach truck in a racking/storage environment
• Ability to safely operate at elevated heights (30ft+)
• Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company certification upon hire
• Strong spatial awareness and precision in tight warehouse aisles
• Bilingual – English/Spanish (required)
• Proven reliability — consistent attendance and punctuality is essential
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Experience in high-volume distribution or logistics centers
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience operating in narrow-aisle or very narrow-aisle (VNA) environments
• Positive safety record — no major incidents or violations

• Must be able to operate a reach truck for the majority of the shift
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights in elevated racking environments
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour. Following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, associates gain access to full benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and a pay increase.
