Job description

SMX is looking to fill an entry level position on one of our CPE AVN contracts. This is a great opportunity to be a part of team responsible for changing Army Aviation's future and bring revolutionary innovations to the warfighters of the future.

The Product Support Analyst serves as an entry-level IT Specialist & Administrative Support Assistant. Under the direct supervision of the Operations Chief, the incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for conference room technology, government mobile device management, official travel coordination, and general personnel services. This position bridges the gap between technical IT support and administrative operations to ensure seamless daily workflow for the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conference Room IT & Scheduling - 40% 
    • Serve as the primary technician for all organizational conference spaces; performs daily pre-checks of audio-visual (AV) equipment, microphones, projectors, and video teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
    • Manage the master digital calendar to schedule and deconflict conference rooms.
    • Provide live, on-site troubleshooting and setup assistance for physical, virtual, and hybrid meetings (e.g., MS Teams). 
  • Mobile Device Management & Transitions - 30% 
    • Manage the hand-receipting, inventory, and provisioning of government-furnished cell phones.
    • Assist users with basic mobile troubleshooting, password resets, and email configuration.
    • Support the transition of mobile services to Approved Mobile Devices (AMD) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) security frameworks, guiding users through enrollment and compliance profiles. 
  • Personnel Services Support - 30%
    • Provide administrative support for personnel actions, including processing incoming/outgoing personnel, maintaining rosters, and updating tracking databases.
    • Assist with the routing of official evaluations, awards, and training certificates.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Clearance Required: Secret
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 3 years of experience; OR bachelor's degree with no experience 
  • Professionalism is required
  • Team-oriented individual

Desired Skills & Experience 

  •  CPE Avn Experience
  • Experience working with Senior Officials
  • Understanding of integrated conference rooms ETMS tasking platform
