Geo Owl is looking for motivated intelligence professionals to become Full Motion Video (FMV) Analysts supporting mission‑critical intelligence operations. If you have an intelligence background and an active TS/SCI clearance, we'll provide the specialized FMV training you need to succeed.

No prior FMV experience is required.

Our comprehensive training program includes a three‑week FMV Tradecraft Course followed by structured on‑the‑job training alongside experienced analysts.

Whether your background is in HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, IMINT, Targeting, Intelligence Operations, or you've recently completed an intelligence‑related degree, this is an outstanding opportunity to expand your tradecraft and build a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do
  • Exploit and analyze Full Motion Video (FMV) collected from airborne ISR platforms.
  • Identify activities, patterns of life, and significant events.
  • Produce timely intelligence reports and imagery products.
  • Correlate FMV observations with intelligence from multiple sources.
  • Support mission‑critical intelligence operations.
  • Present findings to government customers.
  • Develop advanced analytical skills through continuous training.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
  • One of the following:
    • 2+ years of intelligence experience, OR
    • Completion of a formal military or government intelligence course (or equivalent education)
  • Understanding of the intelligence cycle
  • Typing speed of at least 32 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Ability to distinguish red, green, blue, and yellow on a computer display
  • Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays)
