As an elite sales partner for Frontier, now joining forces with Verizon to create one of the most powerful fiber networks in the nation, our team is helping drive a historic $1.6 billion expansion aimed at bringing fiber-fast internet to 10+ million homes by 2026.
This is more than an entry-level role—it’s an opportunity to get in early with a rapidly growing telecom initiative and build a high-income sales career from the ground up.
We’re looking for motivated individuals who believe their effort should directly impact their income.
What You’ll Do:
• Connect with residential customers through door-to-door outreach and lead follow-up in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on high-speed fiber internet, phone, and bundled services
• Conduct quick needs assessments and present solutions that fit each household
• Track activity and work toward monthly sales goals
• Stay informed on promotions and competitor offerings
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development
What We Offer
• Uncapped commission only structure with cash bonus incentives
• $500 Fast Start Bonus
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Career advancement opportunities after 90 days
• Work as a 1099 Independent Contractor with potential tax advantages
What We’re Looking For
• Strong motivation to earn $75K+ in your first year
• Comfortable talking with new people and building rapport
• Self-disciplined with good time management
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new products quickly
• Previous sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally within assigned territory
• Availability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available
