What You'll Do as a Canine Coach:

  • Engage, supervise, and care for dogs in a safe and fun playroom environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and support wellness standards for our pups
  • Use your people and leadership skills to communicate with pet parents and team members
  • Work closely with management to ensure top-tier customer and canine experiences

  • To learn the business from the inside out, you’ll start as a Canine Coach, but we’ll be watching closely for leadership potential. Team leads, shift leads, or anyone with supervisory experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or animal care—we want to hear from you.

  • Maintain control of a group of open-play dogs using positive reinforcement techniques.
  • Keep the playroom clean. (Dogs are messy!)
  • Lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to stand, stoop, squat frequently, and be mobile on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Know that dogs can be loud, and sometimes the playrooms are noisy.
  • Must be at least 18

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience: Team Lead, Shift Lead, or similar preferred
  • High energy, positive attitude, and passion for dogs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to "own" a room of dogs
  • All rooms are equipped with cameras for pet parents to stay engaged
  • Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
