Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 230 PM our mission is to create worldwide customer delight by providing the highest quality products and the most responsive customer support at a globally competitive cost.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Valve Tester I to join our Testing Department. This role is responsible for testing valves using various methods to ensure that final products meet our quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test completed valves according to the Test Control Plan (TCP)
  • Assist with computer and machine setup
  • Complete daily worksheets and maintain accurate records
  • Separate passed and failed valves
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some manufacturing experience preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Knowledge of hand tools (air machine, wrench, expander gun)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 35โ€“50 lbs repetitively
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • PPE required: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes
