Job Title: Entry-Level Production Associate

Location: North Kingstown, RI

Pay Rate: $19.50

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Production Associate to support our manufacturing team. This role involves working with materials, operating equipment, and assisting in the production and finishing of panels in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on manufacturing or construction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately read and interpret measurements using a measuring tape
  • Perform surface preparation work such as sanding and painting
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment used in the production process
  • Assist with the assembly of panels and production materials
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
