Job Overview

BCAC Underground is hiring experienced and motivated Entry Level Underground Service Operator. to join our Field Operations team. This hands-on role involves operating specialized equipment for inspecting, cleaning, testing, and rehabilitating underground utility systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and government sites. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with underground utility inspection and cleaning
  • Support operation of equipment such as vacuum trucks and jetting systems
  • Perform general labor duties on job sites
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Help maintain equipment and keep job sites clean and organized
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Active CDL (Class A or B)

    • Tanker endorsement or ability to obtain

    • Previous experience working in the construction industry

    • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

    • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

    • Valid drivers license with clean driving record

  • Preferred:
    • Experience with underground utilities or similar field work

    • Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols
