Job Title: Sales Service Coordinator

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Downtown) – 100% On-Site

About the Opportunity:

Are you an incredibly reliable, detail-oriented professional looking to build a long-term career with a stable company? We are a leading national manufacturing company currently seeking a dedicated Sales Service Coordinator to join our corporate sales department in downtown Fort Worth.

In this entry-level, back-office administrative role, you will serve as the vital link between our corporate sales agents, major national retail accounts, and our four manufacturing plants. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your high-volume data entry skills and attention to detail keep the supply chain moving, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Order Processing: Process incoming B2B purchase orders that arrive hourly via an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system and an internal agent portal.
  • Data Entry: Execute high-volume, manual 10-key data entry to ensure all orders are logged accurately within our corporate ERP system.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary administrative liaison to the manufacturing plants, handling daily communications via email to resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory questions.
  • Inventory Tracking: Manage and bill for consigned inventory located at specific national retail locations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a continuous-learning, open-office environment where team members collaborate and share knowledge to support broader sales goals.

Who You Are:

  • Reliable & Stable: You have a proven track record of excellent attendance and tenure in your previous roles and are looking for a company where you can plant roots.
  • The Manual Data Expert: You possess exceptional manual 10-key typing skills and are highly accurate when performing repetitive data entry tasks (Note: this role requires rapid manual typing, not barcode scanning).
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and can quickly learn complex software. Prior experience with ERP systems (like JDE Oracle) or EDI platforms is a major plus!
  • A Strong Communicator: You have excellent written communication skills and can maintain professionalism when dealing with urgent logistical issues via email.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, bullpen-style office environment and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience: No college degree is required, but previous experience in corporate sales support, administrative logistics, banking operations, or B2B order management is highly preferred.
