Bilingual Member Services Assistant

Entry-Level | Training Provided

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Member Services Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is eager to learn, and wants to build experience in customer service, office administration, and health insurance member support.

Responsibilities

·         Answer calls, emails, and messages in English and Spanish.

·         Assist members with benefits, coverage, eligibility, copays, deductibles, referrals, and provider searches.

·         Contact insurance carriers and healthcare providers on behalf of members.

·         Help resolve member questions, including billing concerns and plan-related issues.

·         Document conversations, maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, and follow up on pending matters.

·         Support daily office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and general organization.

·         Protect client privacy and always maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

·         Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Friendly, patient, and professional communication style.
