Job description
What You'll Do
- Assist with vegetation management and herbicide applications
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools
- Use mobile apps to complete safety briefings and daily reports
- Communicate with customers and team members on job progress
- Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times
- Travel to job sites (50-75%, including some overnight travel)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
- Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools)
- Willing and able to travel regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Herbicide applicator license
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet 8-11 hours per day
- Work around water, uneven terrain, and confined spaces
- Comfortable working around wildlife and wearing PPE
