In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic support group responsible for maintaining and continually improving the Bureau's Quality Assurance and Training functions. Our team members take on a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Collaborating and communicating with staff across the Bureau
• Researching and presenting new performance metrics
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Supporting quality assurance initiatives and training efforts

Remote Work. To perform the duties and responsibilities of this position, all work must be performed in Michigan. If you are a State of Michigan resident, this position is eligible to work remotely. Additional onsite work may be required. Vacation and Sick Leave: Eligible full-time employees receive between
15 and 35 personal days and

Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees can take
12 weeks of paid leave immediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.
